If your employee needs to provide the DVLA with medical certification regarding their fitness to drive, we offer various medical assessments and tests.

This might be necessary for specific driving roles, such as HGV or specialist vehicles, or if they have a notifiable medical condition or disability that could impact their driving safety.

For their appointment, employees should bring:

- The D4 Medical Form
- Photographic ID (such as a passport or driving license)
- Any medications, doctor or hospital letters, and results of relevant investigations related to conditions that may affect their licensing
- Glasses or contact lenses, if used
